3 days ago ASIO was tipped off to a large-scale weapons shipment moving through Bolivia by a mid-level gun runner named Gabriel Rodriguez. Nobody from the intelligence community has spoken to this guy before, he approached us out of the blue so whatever this guy is spooked about must be something big, or at least that's what the CIA thinks.
